Shipping / Receiving Clerk, Full Time

Following the directives of the Operations Manager, the Shipping / Receiving Clerk is responsible for performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, handling and inventory tracking of EBOX merchandise

Your role:

  • Participate in the daily handling of equipment (boxing, labeling, assigning and shipping to our customers)
  • Transport the merchandise received to the drop-off points and ensure the proper storage of the equipment
  • Ensure that the quantity of stock on the shelves is always at the optimal level
  • Process correction and assignment requests related to customer orders
  • Perform configuration of certain equipment (modems, routers, etc.)
  • Ensure that all equipment rooms are kept tidy
  • If necessary, provide the Warehouse Supervisor with the serial numbers of equipment that no longer conforms to EBOX standards of use
  • Occasionally perform inventory follow-ups, as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or the Operations Manager
  • Distribute equipment returns to drop-off points and/or to the Test Center team
  • Ensure that work is organized, safe and complies with CNESST standards at all times
  •  Perform all other related tasks.

Your profile:

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Experience in receiving and shipping (an asset)
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
  • Fluency in spoken and written French (English is an asset)
  • Resourcefulness
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment (knowledge of MS Office and/or Excel is an asset)
  • Ability to lift loads up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet (approx. 4.2 meters).

Warehouse schedules :

  • Monday to Friday: 8am-8pm*
  • Rotating schedule for weekends, from 9am to 5pm*

*The hours are subject to change according to the needs of the warehouse
