Your role:

  • Greet customers;
  • Offer and sell products and services that meet the customer's needs;
  • Carry out various administrative tasks: (answer emails, handle certain service calls related to products and services offered at the Boutique;
  • Create and maintain updated customer files;
  • Provide after-sales service.

Your profile:

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Bilingualism
  • Strong communication skills
  • Courtesy
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment

Availabilities required:

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 9am to 5pm
