Permanent full-time position. This position can be done from home: work from anywhere in Quebec!

The customer service advisors are responsible for answering calls from EBOX customers. They make sure they understand the needs of their customers and respond impeccably and in a timely manner. They accompany customers through changes to their account or services, answer their questions with professionalism and empathy, and redirect them to the right department when necessary.

Your role : 

  • Offer EBOX products to customers over the phone to meet their needs;
  • Provide our customers with outstanding after-sales service;
  • Maintain customer files in our systems;
  • Carry out various customer follow-ups;
  • Promote the online self-service tools available to customers at each contact;
  • Handle tasks related to existing customer subscriptions ;
  • Validate customer satisfaction with the products and the company by doing a 360 analysis of the customer file for each contact;
  • Handle all forms of dissatisfaction;
  • Incentivize customers by advising them on other services available;
  • Perform any related duties consistent with your abilities.

Your profile : 

  • Relevant work experience in customer service
  • Functional bilingualism, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and memorize information
  • Discretion, integrity, listening skills and empathy

Schedules available : 

  • Saturday to Wednesday from 9am to 5pm
