Position type/Schedule: Permanent full-time position, 37.5 hours/week



Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the EBOX Store Team Leader, the job incumbent will be in charge of:


  • Answer questions from potential customers
  • Sell products and services that meet customer needs
  • Keep customers’ files up-to-date
  • Create new customers’ files according to the established standards
  • Offer outstanding after-sales service to our existing customers
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as answering emails, take service calls related to products and services offered in store, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Sales and customer service work experience
  • Bilinguism, both oral and written
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Courtesy and patience
  • Comfortable working in a computerized environment
