Can I pick up my equipment at the EBOX store?

Picking up your equipment

To pick up your equipment in store, you must ensure that you meet the following 3 criteria:

  • You have paid your initial invoice or plan to do so in store.
  • You have placed your order over 24 hours ago or you have enough time to wait for the staff to prepare your equipment.
  • You have government issued ID on hand

You may ask another person to come and collect the equipment for you. Note that you will first need to contact the customer service department to provide the name of that person.
