Can I transfer my account to someone else?
Yes, it is possible to transfer your account to someone else. At EBOX, this operation constitutes a responsibility transfer. With your consent and that of the person who takes possession of the account, it is a quick and simple process.
The responsability transfer is free. However, it is important to know that you remain responsible for paying your balance until the new account holder calls us to take possession of the account.
A responsability transfer is done in two steps:
We will then take care of changing and documenting the information entered in the account, such as name, email address, telephone number, payment method, etc.
Thereafter, we will reset the password for the customer zone associated with the account to allow the new account holder to access it.
Rest assured: EBOX will never provide your personal information to the new account holder. The only information that will be validated with the new holder will be your customer code, your name and your address.
When the account information is replaced with that of the new holder, yours will be erased entirely.
