How do I activate the service after the technician leaves?

Activating your internet service

Generally speaking, the internet service is activated automatically although some restrictions apply. To find out what you can expect regarding your internet activation, check your type of technology on your bill and refer to the information below.

R-Cable & V-Cable/Q-Cable

Your service will be activated automatically within 3 hours of the technician’s departure. Please plug in your equipment and wait for the three hour delay to pass before contacting the technical support department.

ADSL

The service should be available after connecting the equipment.

C-Cable

If the internet service is not available after connecting the equipment, please contact the technical support department at 1-877-282-6933 to complete the remote activation of your internet service.
