I paid for the first month of service when I subscribed. Why did I receive an invoice during my first month of service?

Your first bill

EBOX offers a prepaid service. This means you must pay next month’s service before the start of said month.
When you subscribed, you paid for your first 30 days of service. The bill you received during your first month of service covers the billing period of the upcoming month. It may also contain a prorated charge for the days of usage between your first billing cycle and your second.
