I missed the delivery of my shipment. What should I do?
If you have missed the delivery of your package, you can contact Purolator to arrange a second delivery attempt, free of charge. Note, however, that if this attempt fails, your package will be returned to the EBOX store and a $ 15 return charge will be applied to your next invoice.
You then have two options: you can choose to pick up your shipment, in person, at the store or have it shipped to you again. If you chose the latter, an additional charge of $ 15 applies.
