System Requirements

  • EBOX Internet service (minimum of 15 Mbit/s with unlimited data for ADSL, C-Cable/V-Cable and 50 Mbit/s with unlimited data for CV-Cable) is required to rent a receiver and use the EBOX TV service.
  • A HD TV is the minimum requirement to watch HD content.
  • Wireless connection is possible, but the system works optimally with a wired connection.
  • To enjoy 4K Ultra HD, the original content must be broadcast in 4K. A suitable TV and 4K Ultra HD content are required. The amount of data used may vary based on the quality of the show watched.
