How do I change my internet plan?

When will my plan change?

  • If you ask for a change of plan between the 1st and 19th day of the month, your plan will change on the first day of the upcoming month. For example, if you ask for a change of plan on April 5th, your plan will change on May 1st. You will also have the choice to select the following month (For example, June).
  • If you ask for a change of plan between the 20th and the last day of the month, your plan will change one month later. For example, if you ask for a change of plan on April 25th, your plan will change on June 1st. You will also have the choice to select the following month (For example, July).

How can I change my plan?

You can easily change your plan by logging in to the customer zone. The overview of your current plan can be found on the main page, in the Internet Service section. To change your plan, click on the Settings icon.

Then, choose the month that suits you and select your new plan in the dropdown menu.

You will then be asked to validate your choice and enter your customer zone password to secure the change. Your new plan will be put in place on the first day of the month you selected in the form.
