How do I qualify for a prepaid card?

To qualify for a prepaid card, you must be a new Internet customer who is subscribed to an eligible service. You must also remain subscribed to the eligible service for at least 60 days after installation with your account in good standing.

Why haven’t I received my prepaid card?

If you are eligible for a prepaid card, make sure that it has been at least 60 days since your service was installed. If it has been more than 60 days since installation and you still have not received your prepaid card, please check your junk mail as the email to activate your prepaid card may be there. The email will be sent from this address: info@promoprepaidcard.ebox.ca. If you still cannot find the email, please contact EBOX support at 1-844-323-3269.

How will I receive my prepaid card?

Your EBOX prepaid card will be sent to you virtually via email. Please ensure the email you have on file with EBOX is correct. 60 days after installation, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your virtual prepaid card.

Where can I find my prepaid card details?

To details such as your prepaid card number, expiry date, or CVV, please visit the MyPrepaidCenter website and navigate to the Card Details page.

Can I get a physical prepaid card instead of a virtual one?

Yes. By default, you will receive an email to activate your virtual prepaid card. However, after activating your virtual prepaid card, you will have the option to request a plastic (physical) card sent to your address. This can be done on the MyPrepaidCenter website on the Card Details page. Alternatively, you may contact our partner Blackhawk Network at 1-888-371-2109. Their Cardholder Services Team will be able to assist you. Getting a physical prepaid card will cost $3 and this amount will be deducted from the balance of your prepaid card.

How can I check the balance remaining on my prepaid card?

You can check the balance by visiting the MyPrepaidCenter website. For any specific questions relating to your balance, transactions, or technical issues with using your prepaid card, please contact our partner Blackhawk Network at 1-888-371-2109. Their Cardholder Services Team will be able to assist you.

Where can I use my prepaid card?

You can use your prepaid card both online and in-store. It can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard.

Does my prepaid card expire?

Yes, your prepaid card expires 12 months after it is activated.
