Blocking a number

Unfortunately, you cannot prevent a number from calling you. In other words, you cannot block a phone number with the EBOX home phone line.

You can prevent calls from reaching you by adding the unwanted phone number to your blacklist. A call from a number on your blacklist will be automatically redirected to your voicemail. Your phone will not ring if you receive a call from this number.
