How does it work?

Refer your friends in 3 easy steps.

1. Find your client code on your invoice and share it with friends – or with complete strangers on the internet, we won’t tell! The more you share it, the more credits you’ll get so feel free to share it on social media or in forums!
   
2. A friend is ready to subscribe? When they sign up, they’ll have to give us the client code you shared with them.
3. When your friend’s service is installed, we’ll apply the credit to your invoice. Your friend will also get a credit on their second invoice. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!

Frequently asked questions

How can I find a referral code if I don’t know an EBOX subscriber?

If you don’t know an EBOX subscriber but would still like to get a credit on your second invoice when you sign up, go take a look at the comments on our Facebook page or on Instagram. You’ll probably find a stranger’s client code pretty easily.

My referred friend forgot to provide my customer code when they subscribed. Can I get the credit retroactively?

Unfortunately, if your friend doesn’t use your referral code to sign up, for any reason, you won’t be able to get the credit retroactively.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer to EBOX?

EBOX reserves the right to limit the number of rewards paid at any time, at our discretion.

My referred friend used to be an EBOX subscriber. Are they eligible for the referral program?

If your friend closed their account more than a year ago and created a new account to subscribe to EBOX instead of reactivating their old account, you can both receive the $50 credit.
