  Order processing

First, we’ll make sure everything is in order, we’ll try to get an installation appointment that matches your choice as closely as possible.

  Equipment delivery

We’ll ship your equipment by mail a few days after you place your order. We will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number once the equipment is shipped. Keep the equipment in a safe place until the technician visits.

  Installation confirmation

As soon as your appointment is confirmed, we will send you an email and SMS confirming the date and time slot for your Internet service installation.

  Fibre installation

A technician will come to your home to install the service on the confirmed date and time and will bring the optical network terminal.

Important details for installation day:

  • Renting? It’s best to get your landlord’s written approval.
  • The technician may call you, so please keep your phone nearby. If you don’t answer the call, the technician won’t come by to do the installation.
  • An adult 18 years of age or older must be onsite for the whole installation process.
  • Installation may take up to four hours. The technician will only be able to assess the scope of the work once on site.
  • Live in an apartment building? Make sure the utility room is accessible.
  • Make sure the entrance to the courtyard is clear (gate unlocked, snow cleared away).

  Service activation

The technician will install the Fibre to your home. They will also need access inside your home to complete the installation and activate the Fibre terminal.

  Start using your service!

Once the technician has confirmed that the installation is complete, follow the step-by-step instructions in the equipment box. Plug in the router and connect your devices to your new Wi-Fi network or go to the Equipment set-up instructions page.

NOTE: The Wi-Fi network password is printed on the bottom of the router.
