Restarting the TV set-top box

To identify your device model, look at the label under the EBOX TV set-top box:

  • EBOX TV 1.0 (Sagemcom)
  • EBOX TV 2.0 (Technicolor)
  • EBOX TV 3.0 (Askey)

To restart the EBOX TV set-top box 1.0 and 2.0

Open the Setting screen by pressing the “SETTINGS” button on your remote.

Select the “Device preferences” option, then “About”.

Then, select “Restart”.

To restart the EBOX TV set-top box 3.0

From the Android Home menu, select the “Settings” menu (the gear icon at the top right of the screen).

Select the “Device preferences” option.

Then, select “Restart”.
