How do I return the equipment?

RETURNING YOUR EQUIPMENT

If you have spoken with the EBOX team and are returning your equipment, please follow the process below:

  1. Place the equipment and power supply in the original box, or a similar sized package, to ensure there is no damage in transit.
  2. Bring the package to any Canada Post Outlet.
  3. Provide them with the following code for postage paid return: PR470717.
  4. Please keep your Canada Post receipt, which includes the tracking number, as proof of shipping.
