If you missed the delivery of your package, you can pick up your equipment at the post office or at the shipping courier’s warehouse. Some couriers can arrange a second delivery attempt at no cost. To see if this service is available, please contact the courier directly.
If your package is returned to our warehouse, please contact us and we will reship it to you free of charge.
