How do I set up call forwarding?

Forwarding your calls

With the EBOX phone service, you can transfer calls from your home phone to your mobile device to avoid missed calls when you are not at home.

To configure call forwarding, login to your customer zone. You will find the Telephony Service section on the home page.

Click the settings icon.

You will be redirected to another page. You’ll see the call transfer option at the very top of the page. You are asked if you want to transfer all your calls to another phone number.

Click the No button to change your preference.

Then, enter the telephone number at which you wish to receive your calls and enter the password associated with your customer zone account.

Confirm your choice to activate call forwarding.

To restore calls to your EBOX home phone line, click on the Yes button to modify your preference.
