Equipment and delivery

Do we deliver the equipment?
Our store located at 1225 Saint-Charles St West in Longueuil, is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • The delay to pick up fibre equipment via our store is 2 to 3 business days, following the payment of your subscription invoice.
  • Please take note that there is free indoor parking for the first hour.
  • Important: Only the person indicated in the EBOX file can come to pick up the equipment in store. A valid ID is also required.

Activation of you services

Important information regarding the installation process and activation date of your services. Read carefully and check the “I understand” box to continue with the activation date.

Activation date
  • Date of activation: This is a date from which you are available for the visit of the technician. We will try to find an activation date as close as possible to the one you’ve requested.
  • Electrical room: If you live in a building with an electrical room, the technician may need to have access to it during the installation.
  • Installation work: Installing fibre may require that some work will have to be done in the walls. If you are a tenant, you must get the authorization of your landlord for the walls to be drilled, and this, prior to the installation date and the visit of the technician.
  • Delay: For an order related to fibre, the delay for having the installation done may vary between 3 to 4 weeks.

Days and hours of availabilities:
  • Availabilities: Providing multiple availabilities improves your chances of having an installation completed as soon as possible. Delays may vary depending on the availabilities of the technician and time of year.
  • Installation time: You should expect the technician to spend up to 4 hours at your place to complete the installation. You must remain at your place with the technician during the installation.
  • Changing your date: If you need to change your installation date, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changing your installation date may extend the delay for your installation to be done.
