Why did I receive a payment notice if I’ve already payed?

Payment notices

A payment made through your bank can take up to 5 business days to be processed. The payment is therefore not immediately posted to your EBOX account. The payment notification system still detects a balance on your account and sends you an automated reminder. If you have already paid, please ignore this notice.

If you have made a payment by bank transfer over 5 business days ago and you receive a payment notice,  please contact us at 1-877-282-6933.
