When and how will I be notified of my installation date?
If you are a planning a new connection or a transfer with a technician visit, you will receive an automated call and an email more or less 3 days before the scheduled installation date. You will be notified of the exact date and time slot to be scheduled for the technician’s visit.
If you transfer without a technician, you will receive an automated call and an email the day of your transfer.
