Since EBOX offers a prepaid service, your bill includes one-time fees and the first month of service. Let us reassure you: although you pay it right away, your first month only begins when your Internet service is installed.

The delivery of the router will be done by Purolator within the next 4 business days.
The delivery will take place at the address you’ve provided between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
You will receive a confirmation of your installation date 3 days prior to the activation of your service.
The installation of your service by the technician may take up to 4 hours on the day of your activation.
Someone aged at least 18 years old must be always present during the technician's visit.
The technician should be able to have access to the electrical room if needed and you must get the approval of your landlord if work is required on the walls during the installation.
If you must change your activation date or your availabilities, you must inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Any changes made to your order may cause extra delays in getting your service activated.
