Can the technician bring my equipment?

The technician cannot bring you the equipment because EBOX is a TPIA supplier. This means that we use the existing infrastructure to deliver the internet service to you.

The infrastructure is owned by a supplier, and only technicians hired and trained by the infrastructure owner are authorized to make changes (such as installations or disconnections) on the network.

Technician dispatch is managed by the supplier, which means that technicians do not have access to the EBOX equipment inventory.

Your equipment can be shipped to you for a 15$ fee. You may also pick it up in-store at our Longueuil boutique to save on shipping costs.
