Connecting the TV box to the internet

The best choice is to connect with an Ethernet cable as it offers more stability.

It is also possible to connect the box to the WiFi network. The connection options depend on your receivers model:

  • EBOX TV 3.0 (Askey) :  (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) Wi-Fi 6 connection
  • EBOX TV 2.0 (TC) : 802.11b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) WiFi connection
  • EBOX TV 1.0 (SGM) : 802.11n/ac (5 GHz)Wi-Fi connection. Please note that a router that only offers 2.4GHz will not be compatible with the SGM decoder.
