Can I change my plan every month?

Changing your plan on a monthly basis

You can request a plan modification every month if you wish. However, it is important to know that:

• If you ask for a change of plan between the 1st and 19th day of the month, your plan will change on the first day of the upcoming month. For example, if you ask for a change of plan on April 5th, your plan will change on May 1st.
• If you ask for a change of plan between the 20th and the last day of the month, your plan will change one month later. For example, if you ask for a change of plan on April 25th, your plan will change on June 1st.
