Equipment delivery

Equipment is delivered to the shipping address you provided when you ordered the service.

When your equipment ships, we will send you an email and SMS to provide delivery details and the tracking number.

Shipping times are usually around 2 to 4 business days.

If you do not expect to be available at your delivery address, please choose from the following options:

    1. Provide us with an alternative delivery address where you or someone else will be available to receive the package. Please provide this address during checkout in the field called “Alternative address for equipment delivery”
    2. The shipping courier will attempt delivery at your delivery address. If no one is home, the package will be sent to the post office or to the shipping couriers warehouse, where you can pick it up.
