Should I return my equipment if I cancel one of my services?
Returning equipment following a cancellation
If you have rented equipment, you must return it to us within 20 days from the date of service termination or the closure of your account.
So, if you have spoken with the EBOX team and they asked you to return your equipment, please follow the process below:
- Place the equipment and power supply in the original box, or a similar sized package, to ensure there is no damage in transit.
- Bring the package to any Canada Post Outlet.
- Provide them with the following code for postage paid return: PR470717.
- Please keep your Canada Post receipt, which includes the tracking number, as proof of shipping.
Don’t forget to return the equipment and all its accessories (such as Ethernet cables, power cord, and/or remote control) to avoid being charged for them.
